Clipa

Delete my data

On your phone — one tap, no request needed

Open Clipa and go to Settings → Erase all data.

That removes everything the app holds: your settings, the apps you track, anything you wrote, and your whole history. Uninstalling Clipa does the same.

Neither is recoverable, because there is no copy anywhere else. Clipa has no server and no account, so there is nothing to ask us for and nothing we could restore.

If you want to keep a copy first, Settings → Export my data writes everything to a file you choose, in plain JSON that you can read yourself.

Subscription records

If you have bought Clipa Pro, two things exist outside your phone: a record with Google Play, and a subscription record held by RevenueCat, our payments provider.

To have the RevenueCat record deleted, write to clipaapp.contact@gmail.com.

Please include your Google Play order number. It is the only way we can find your record. Clipa creates no accounts and stores no name or email address, so the record is keyed to an anonymous identifier — without the order number there is genuinely nothing to search by.

Google’s own record of the purchase is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and is managed through your Google account.

Accounts

Clipa has no accounts, no sign-up and no login, so there is no account to delete.

Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
